I thought Jonny would like the color of this plane, probably Austin too. Well we just passed the halfway point and all is good. It's gonna be all downhill from here. Weather is in the mid 70's now almost every day. Pretty nice. Nights are still cool but not too bad. Happy Birthday to Poo-Dog tomorow. (He marked it for me on my calendar before I left, otherwise I would have forgotten.) No scorpions or camel spiders yet (sorry C-Webb) just a bunch of big black ants all over. Almost as big as termites. Mosquitos and flys are showing up too. Good Times. All else is good, looking forward to the twenty something hours on airplanes out of here. I know I'm a sissy, it's only 4 months, and the other services are here for a year or longer. Well, that's about all I've got for now. See you in a few. James

Hey James, Ginny here. Been watching your blogs, keep it up! Weather is starting to warm up here too, no big black ants though. You are on the down hill slide, but don't let your guard down on the way. Sure you heard about the Seattle Stair Climb. Palmer and Berry went. They placed 35th and 23rd out of 1080 males that finished. That's up 69 stories in full turn outs and on air. Their times were 14:13 and 14:51 or something like that. Not bad! Well, keep the sand out of you know where and stay safe.

James, Carole here - we missed you at the Big Apple Pizza fundraiser but guys did great! Made over $3000. I'm sure you know that Nevada going to "big" dance. Weather here getting beautiful - today suppose to be record heat. Looking forward to your return - glad you are at half way point. Keep those large "ants" in check.
